4. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for a limited period (typically 7–15 days) unless stated otherwise

• Prices are based on:

  • Raw material costs

  • Quantity (MOQ)

  • Specifications and finishing

• AROVA reserves the right to revise pricing due to:

  • Material cost fluctuations

  • Changes in scope or specifications

 

5. Orders & Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only upon:

  • Written approval (email/PO), and

  • Acceptance by AROVA

• Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without written consent

 

6. Payment Terms

• Standard terms (unless agreed otherwise):

  • 50% advance before production

  • 50% before dispatch

• For credit clients:

  • Payment terms must be agreed in writing

• Late payments may attract:

  • Interest charges

  • Suspension of future deliveries

 

7. Sampling & Approvals

• Samples (physical or digital) may be provided before bulk production

• Client approval (email/PO confirmation) is mandatory before production

• AROVA is not responsible for errors once designs are approved

 

8. Production & Lead Time

• Lead times are indicative and depend on:

  • Order size

  • Complexity

  • Material availability

• Delays caused by:

  • Client approvals

  • Design changes

  • External factors
    are not attributable to AROVA

 

9. Delivery & Logistics

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• Risk transfers to the client upon:

  • Dispatch, or

  • Handover to logistics provider

• Freight, insurance, and handling:

  • Charged as applicable or agreed separately

 

10. Quality & Tolerance

Due to the nature of manufacturing, the following are acceptable:

• Minor variations in:

  • Color

  • Print alignment

  • Material texture

• Industry-standard tolerance applies:

  • ±5–10% variation in quantity and specifications

Such variations do not qualify as defects.

 

11. Inspection & Claims

• Clients must inspect goods within 7 days of delivery

• Any claims must be:

  • Submitted in writing

  • Supported with evidence (photos, batch details)

• AROVA’s liability is limited to:

  • Replacement, or

  • Credit note (at AROVA’s discretion)

No claims will be accepted after the inspection window.

 

12. Returns & Cancellation

• Customized products are non-returnable

• Cancellation after production start may result in:

  • Full or partial charges

• Any approved return must be authorized by AROVA

 

13. Intellectual Property (Client Materials)

• All client-provided designs/logos remain the client’s property

• Client confirms they hold rights to all submitted materials

• AROVA is not liable for IP infringement arising from client designs

 

14. AROVA Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, concepts, and proprietary processes remain the property of AROVA and cannot be used without permission.

 

15. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Designs

• Pricing

• Business information

This obligation survives beyond the transaction.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

AROVA’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.

AROVA shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of business, profit, or reputation

 

17. Force Majeure

AROVA shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Government actions

• Supply chain disruptions

• Labor issues
